I can't believe my baby boy Matteo Carlo is 9 today!!!! Where did the time go? He is such a blessing!! He is my little angel ( with his halo slanted)
The day I found I was prego with him I was in SHOCK!!! I thought I had the flu that wouldn't go away. My girlfriend Yvonne came with me to the doctors to watch Jr. I came out of the office is TEARS!!! OMG how can this be Jr is only 7months!!! It took us over 5 years to just have him. We really thought Jr was it for us!!! Well if you don't believe in God I feel sorry for you!!! Matteo is a true miracle!!! They did a ultra sound to see how far a long I was. OMG I was 11 weeks pregnant!!!! We really didnt think the baby would survive. I am high risk and was on blood thinners and steroids to keep me pregnant. The whole time I was prego I was so worried!!! Worried the baby would be ok, worried about my health, worried the babies are only going to be 15 months apart, but most of all worried how would I ever love this baby as much as I love Jr.
The day I found out I have having a boy. I CRIED!!! What not a boy again are you sure its not a GIRL!!! All our Italian superstitions says GIRL!!!! As Gabe and I ate lunch with my Aunt who meet us there to watch Jr. Said the best thing. Why are you upset and crying, these little boys will be best friends and the baby is HEALTHY!!! After she said that I was super excited!!! Of course Gabe was sweating and thanking God thank you for a healthy baby boy and NOT a girl!!!
As time went on I was still worried about how will I ever love this baby boy as much as I love Jr.
Then I had to worried about what kind of strong name will be give this baby boy. Of course everyone had to put their 2 cent in!!!
The time and day came to have this miracle baby. Boy was I ever ready!!! After countless shots I had to give myself to keep my pregnant and getting my blood tested 3 times a week and taking care of Jr. I WAS READY!!! Plus it was getting hard to breathe.
My beautiful HEALTHY Baby boy was born 10-11-02. at 3:35pm. The doctor put this miracle on my chest and my heart opened up and I LOVED him just as much as I loved Jr.!!!!!
We only had 5 month to figure a name for this baby boy!!! We couldn't agree on a name for anything!!! Finally on the 3rd day we came up with Matteo Carlo. Matteo because you never hear anyone having that name and its so Italian. Carlo after my Dad, which we knew all a long that was going to be the middle name.
So Matteo Carlo 7lbs. 4oz. 22 in long 10-11-02.
My miracle angel baby has made my life living for. He brings us so much happiness and tons of laughter into our home. He is SMART, HANDSOME, LOVING, GIVING, and most of all we could be happier God knew what he was doing!!!
