My BFF In The Kitchen

Summer time is AZ is way too hot to want to cook. Really who want to "heat up" the house more? NOT ME!! Well my BFF is my CROCK POT!!! She NEVER lets me down and always comes though!! Who doesn't want a bff like her? My family LOVES BBQ. Thats one thing my hubby (Gabe) doesn't want to do after working a 12-15 hour day is sweat his a*s off grilling when he gets home. Although he does call himself "The Grill Master" He does love to grill on the weekends. Well my BFF and I do some really great BBQ indoors. This recipe can be used with beef, pork or chicken. My family likes it best with pork.

BBQ in my BFF
Pork loin roast (or whatever is on sale)
Mined yellow onion
Mined 5 clover of garlic ( use less or more on your own taste)
Half a cup of water
A few shakes of liquid smoke (It gives it a real hickery taste)
Spices black pepper, bbq seasoning etc.
Half a bottle of bbq sauce. (I use Sweet  Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy)
Put all the crock pot on low all day or on high for 6 hours

Shred and put more bbq sauce in it if you like.
Serve on potato hamburger rolls.
DINNER IS SERVED!!!!

For sides ideas you can serve it with  warming up a can of Bush's Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Potato salad, pasta salad, slice up watermelon or any summer fruits. HELLO SUPER EASY and you look like a ROCK STAR ENJOY
